I guess that they didn't need a pool since they didn't have any escape room ideas involving a pool and the clothes weren't waterproof. I am now picturing the pool where NASA astronauts work in to simulate completing work in space.
Dudley is still considered a flume ride. The only rail section is the drop but that is like one of Splash's drops.
I do like IoA more than DHS. More rides and I honestly enjoy the rides more. In some ways, the parks have similarities in that each has a series of e-tickets. However, IoA...
Depending on your budget, I would argue for either Wilderness Lodge or Riverside.
Wilderness Lodge: The hotel is stunning and it has nice grounds to just wander around. The restaurants are good and the rooms are well appointed. It is such a great hotel. It also has indoor hallways, if that...
Up. I mean, if you stay there, you are a Wilderness Explorer. Admittedly, Monsters Inc could be that you were a monster that was banished to the Wilderness. See? The theme works!!
If this actually happened, I would not be happy.
Massive crowds and being hemmed in on all sides. I don't even want to imagine the walkways at Epcot where the construction walls have the paths constricted on the way to Guardians.
Totally agree. We did AE's for Studios and MK this past week and had so much fun. A five minute wait for Rise of the Resistance, 10 minutes for Slink Dog, while 15 minutes for SDMT and near walkons for most other MK rides. It was completely worth the money and to not have to fight the crowds...
Will you stop body-shaming Winnie the Pooh? Yes, he is fighting an addiction to honey and, yes, he once got stuck in Rabbit's hole. However, he is trying to do the best he can with what he has (a head full of stuffing and not much thought). Poor little bear.
I sound like a doom and gloom person, which I'm not, but I don't think that Disney is planning anything to compete with Epic. They didn't when Harry Potter was coming and I think that they'd rather clean up other things before working on the parks.
As an aside, an Encanto or Coco ride should...
While I freely admit to having no inside knowledge, I doubt it. I think that they would freeze new builds but could reskin Dinosaur for far less. I wish, truly wish, that Moana's ride would be built but I doubt it. Now, if I'm wrong, I will happy to have been wrong.
Unless you are talking...
I don't see any announcements of any new rides. I could see the reskin of Dinosaur (which I will hate no matter how good of a job they do) but I would put anything new to be at least one to two years down the road. Probably once they have staunched the bleeding of Disney+ and sorted out a few...
Honestly, I was never a fan of the plans for this building. I wish that they would add a nice dark ride but maybe the building structure or size wouldn't allow for it to happen.
A visitor going to Disney once ever other years or even every three years would go and think to themselves, "Sheesh, are they still working on this? I wonder what went wrong..."
