Maybe with Iger in there there be a push to open earlier but ny source doubts it. Disney has staggered openings of new attractions between both resorts. You will probnot see a new attraction open the same month on both coast.
The earliest may be festival of Arts 2024. Again the grand opening...
No typo here...as I've heard Moana may open before the spine but the aim is for the spine to be ready for one of the earlier festivals. Which makes since since most of it is a Featival center
So at this time it looks like a journey of water could be ready to go by August 2023. However like the railroad it will more than likely stay almost finished until the end of the year. They could easily open it up before the rest of the spine opens up. But we know how Disney does it these days...

Well looks like my dude is right about right on the money....for those that dont k ow San is Mandarin for 3...he said it'd open about 3 months before Tron and he was right. Meeting again in a few weeks so hope to get some Epcot construction updates
Got up at 6:55 at 7 refreshed and got a boarding group at 850am. Also purchased I LL at 230 and am currently at The Grand Floridai. Gonna try and get boarding group for the 1pm slot
