I've wondered if they will ever tell this information ever since I saw Yaddle in the awful PT. Lucas has said himself that he never even bothered to come up with a backstory to a character that he did not feel would be as popular as Yoda became.

1. WDW is not a primarily "day-of" set of parks. They are a planned out vacation destination. Waiting until the day-of is not going to work for the majority of those that go. That is why.

But the other half are Chapek's. Iger was no saint and I disliked him from the start but Chapek really held the puppy's head under the water during his time in the office.
Because only one of those two could be CEO and that would likely be Iger and he would crush anything creative Eisner came up with under the weight of money. Besides, I always heard that Eisner (despite being in charge during my favorite WDW years) was not the creative one at that time.
