    Reservation expansion

The $3 billion data mining project that was Next Gen was intended to help with staffing... @lentesta can predict wait times with a pretty low margin of error for a fraction of a percentage of Disney's cost. Besides everything, what are they doing wrong that necessitates an expansion to programs...

News Tron coaster coming to the Magic Kingdom

Then I don't know what to believe. FWIW, I do believe Tom's numbers included the entire surrounding area/land for Shanghai Pirates. Perhaps @marni1971 can weigh in on TRON's cost and clarify my assumption of it being between $350-450 mil.

    Reservation expansion

It wouldn't surprise me. They know it's a problem so they're going to make it worse. Mark it down, they'll sell tickets soon enough that won't require a park reservation... for a premium.

What will Disney announce for Disney World at the 2022 D23 expo?

As I continue to complain about Universal's height requirements. Yoshi's Adventure in Tokyo has a 48" height requirement. Another horrible design choice.

What will Disney announce for Disney World at the 2022 D23 expo?

We'll be down in Florida in November, and my in laws have passes that are blacked out at WDW one day but not in Universal for that same day. The determining factor for what we do that day is how tall my toddler is. If she's 36 inches, there will be enough for her to do that we can justify a one...

What will Disney announce for Disney World at the 2022 D23 expo?

You very well may be right. Honestly, the best thing Disney has going for them right now is Universal's refusal to build things that cater to families. As soon as Universal rounds out their parks with more attractions that don't have height requirements you're really going to see the shift.

News Splash Mountain retheme to Princess and the Frog - Tiana's Bayou Adventure

That's what I would do. I would permanently dock the river boat and turn it into a restaurant or a music venue. This would open up a ridiculous amount of space.
