News Walt Disney World's COVID-19 reopening plans announced - July 11

My wife and I just booked AOM for Oct yesterday morning. She has an AP but I don't, I always just buy my ticket when I get there but I see that's not possible at this time since we'll have to have park reservations. Making sure I get a ticket and we both get park reservations on the same day...

News Walt Disney World's COVID-19 reopening plans announced - July 11

Well the was unexpected news, at least for me anyway. I wonder why it hasn't been approved yet. Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the Gov sign off on Universal's plan within a few hours of submitting it?

    Late Ohana Reservation?

Just had a 9:40 resi at Ohana last week and we checked in for 9 and was seated at 9:05, it was 6 of us. I also made that resavation literally the day before. I personally like eating at Ohana as the last thing of the day because im always stuffed when I leave and can't even think about going...

9 day WDW Itinerary complete - critique please?

Gotta admit, your spread sheet looks like it took a good bit of planning to make. With that said it gives me nightmares lol. I hate making detailed plans for a vacation but my wife insists on making some so we always make food reservations. With that said, I'll give you a few tips. Beaches n...

Be honest, how weird is it for a male to go on Solo trip?

It's only about this topic really. On a normal day to day basis I couldn't careless what people think. With sexual assault claims being thrown around as often as people take out trash, I do tend to think about this topic when im in places full of young girls, as in my nieces cheer comps. Not...

Be honest, how weird is it for a male to go on Solo trip?

As a 30yr old male with no kids, I wouldn't do it. Now I do go places by myself for business but I would be too weirded out at WDW I think. Its sad to say but in this day and age I do worry about what others think of me. I even hesitate going to my nieces dance and cheer comps if I don't walk in...

What did my Wife reserve for us?

Thank you both! We are on the dining plan and eating at Husker House is fine. I just wanted to make sure we got into ROL.

What did my Wife reserve for us?

So I'm confused with this one. Is this dinner and priority seating for Rivers of Light like they have for Fantasmic? I've tried booking ROL dinner for another night but it said I needed to call and pay up front but my wife was able to book this in the app. Our main goal is to see ROL, eating at...

Dog friendly cabins @ Fort Wilderness?

Does anyone have a direct phone number to Fort Wilderness that I can have to call and ask them directly?

Dog friendly cabins @ Fort Wilderness?

Does anyone know the exact cabin loop they made dog friendly now? All I can find from Google are articles or info just talking about the cost and the shots that are needed and blah blah blah. Since I've read dogs are only allowed in certain buildings on certain floors at the resort hotels I'm...

4 Walt Disney World Resorts to accept dogs

My dogs are kennel trained. They are use to it due to my wife and I both working. We'll have no issues coming back a few times each day for bathroom breaks and whatnot. Plus we live in a condominium so we are use to having to walk our dogs and pick up after them ($75 condo fine if we don't.) Now...

4 Walt Disney World Resorts to accept dogs

Only read the first few pages of this thread but am realizing I am in the minority that thinks this is a great idea! My wife and I already had a trip booked for February and also had our dog booked at Best Friends. We have since added another dog to our family so Best Friends was going to end...

    2017 NCAA Football Thread

No mention of LSU in this thread yet, kind of surprised no one is talking about the 2017 SEC champs. (Gotta be optimistic right) A lot of people hate on Coach O but we do have 2 of the top 5 coordinators in the country on staff. I feel real confident this year, more so than previous years...

Can I resort hop to Shades of Green?

I know only military and DOD can stay at Shades of Green but can I catch a bus from a park to go see it? They wouldn't let us drive in back in February.

The misunderstanding of the Theme Park...

Lol nice. I went the first time with family in 2006 at 18yrs old. My then GF (now wife) went on our first trip in 2009, we've been 15 times since then. It's not bad, I just like to try new places.
