Jessica Rabbit removed from Trunk- Roger Rabbits Cartoon Spin

Nope, that's adaptation. When a story is being adapted for a different medium/audience, you make changes to suit these new aspects. Censorship is when an existing piece of artistic expression has elements removed in order to appease a controlling body.

    All things Universal Studios Hollywood

They already have holiday stuff up currently. The parks are all decked out for Halloween. They've been running HHN for a week or so.

Avengers Campus - Reactions / Reviews

Exactly! I would wait in a 4-6 hour line to do Rise. Many who have been on the ride would not. But they still snatch up a boarding pass whenever they go. These are people who would not be taking up seats on the ride in a normal scenario. Its an absurd situation.

    All things Universal Studios Hollywood

Yeah, I have done Knotts routinely almost every year since High School. I've tried Universal a few times, but the experience is always frustrating. The crowd control is terrible and the number of mazes low. I loved the music mazes as they were creative and interesting, but the rest always...

Avengers Campus - Reactions / Reviews

I'd call Mission BO a D+ ride. E Ticket ride system with C Ticket execution. I prefer Midway Mania to the mess that is Mission BO.

    Splash Mountain Announcement for Disneyland

CC is a "real-world" place in the American backwoods where animals talk and and interact, but are still animals. Pooh has British origins and half of the characters are technically stuffed animals, but those aspects have been heavily downplayed for decades. At a passing glance to most guests...

    Splash Mountain Announcement for Disneyland

I can safely assume that Disney isn't going to want to obscure the weenie nor make the mountain appear smaller by surrounding it with trees. They want the mountain to appear large. Its a selling point. It makes the drop seem more thrilling. It is why the tree of Chickapin Hill extends beyond...

    Splash Mountain Announcement for Disneyland

I actually feel quite the opposite. With Splash not being a part of New Orleans, but rather the backwoods of the American South, it felt like its own land. A forested place where animals talk and interact with whimsy. I know some had issues with Pooh given the British origins, but nothing...

    Splash Mountain Announcement for Disneyland

Right? I don't know how people can ride IASW and think the Splash figures are the creepy ones.

    The Mandalorian

People were just mad because the sequel trilogies were not like the fan fic books they read when they were younger. That Luke was a flawed and interesting character and not Space Jesus.

    Splash Mountain Announcement for Disneyland

The video just shows one of the big problems I have with the layover. Splash Mountain's topography doesn't feel like the bayou. The vistas at the start of the ride have you overlooking the area, nothing like being in a flat marshland thick with trees. The ride is clearly inspired by Georgia's...

    All things Universal Studios Hollywood

I mean, HHN always pales in comparison to Orlando's. Orlando has tons of original mazes, amazing sets, and some great executions. HHN....they have black walls and the same properties over and over and over and over again. I'm so tired of seeing the New Line crew in their line up.

    Splash Mountain Announcement for Disneyland

O' Brother Where Art Thou. A rollicking trip through the backwoods of America's south with the Soggy Bottom Boys as we look to help find the treasure before the flood waters are released. But the easy answer is The Rescuers. Takes place in a bayou with a riverboat. If I thought they...

    Splash Mountain Announcement for Disneyland

Can't they just replace Pooh with an AA show where wilderness creatures put on a show? Have Tiana welcome us to a Bayou Jamboree. They can even use a real actress interacting with puppets a la Storytime with Belle at WDW. Having a jazzy musical show sounds more fitting than the log flume retheme.

    Splash Mountain Announcement for Disneyland

Tiana has personality, which is something we don't really see from Disney heroines until Esmerelda and Meg. I like Belle and Jasmine, but they are bit blank slate-y. They definitely gave Tiana things to do and say without going to sassy route like they did in the 90's. And Splash Mountain...

    Splash Mountain Announcement for Disneyland

I agree. PatF wasn't a bomb, but it wasn't a success story either. It didn't perform as well as Pocahontas or Hunchback or Mulan, but did better than Treasure Planet and Atlantis and Hercules. I like the movie, but its not perfect. The villain has a great first act and then they can't find...

    All things Knotts Berry Farm

The Vampire one, Club Blood, was in the backstage facility. Where Dark Ententies was. Terror of London had an incredible opening scene with the facade and fog. That's also where we had Nevermore, 13 Axe Murder Manor (dark version of Haunted Mansion), and Blood Bayou back in the day. Its...

That's been a consistently strong spot (although I didn't like Shadowlands) and the Mystery Lodge location has been, in my opinion, the most consistently kick *** mazes. They always have this incredible scale in that spot.

    All things Knotts Berry Farm

Most Haunts do have a new maze each year. USH usually has all new mazes, Dark Harbor usually has 1-2 new/retooled mazes, and Knotts generally has 2-3 new mazes. This year, we're getting one new maze. As for why would you come again? The same reason you might ride a ride again or watch a...
