News Disney to relax mask policy at Walt Disney World theme parks

Yes. Ditto for Sea World and both Busch Garden locations.

News Disney to relax mask policy at Walt Disney World theme parks

This sentiment also applies the second Disney relaxes the INDOOR mask mandate. Can't have it both ways. :)

News Disney to relax mask policy at Walt Disney World theme parks

Sea World, Busch Gardens, and now Dollywood require no masks anywhere...."Following updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), fully vaccinated guests can now visit Dollywood without wearing a mask or physically distancing". Interestlingly, Six Flags is still...

News Disney to relax mask policy at Walt Disney World theme parks

I thought this was interesting. We are taking a 10 day vacation through Appalachia this summer with one of the stops being Busch Gardens Williamsburg. According to their website, masks are no longer required at all...even for indoor use! I assume Tampa has the same policy.

News Disney to relax mask policy at Walt Disney World theme parks

Dear Lord. Some of you people on BOTH sides are like two toothless women fighting over a $2.00 end table at a trailer park garage sale.

News Disney will begin reducing physical distancing to 3ft over the next few weeks at Walt Disney World

This is great news and a game changer. To me, three feet is just normal personal space. If in the coarse of conversation someone gets closer than 3 feet from me, I find myself taking a step backwards. This would pretty much return the queues to normal capacity. The one thing we really missed...

    Disney After Hours BOO BASH

Thank goodness Disney added that "Inclusion Key". Change a few animatronic stereotypes but continue to price their product so that only the most privileged of society is allowed through its alabaster gates. Hypocritical virtue signaling at its finest.

Disney is closing 20% of its brick-and-mortar Disney Stores before the end of the year

What doomed Toys R Us, as well as Circuit City and countless other big box retailers, was populating their stores with Burger King-caliber employees. Ask not for whom the bell tolls, Home Depot.

EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival 2021

I usually love F&G arrangements, but that one is pretty weak. Looks like a garden department display at Home Depot.

Politics 28000 Layoffs coming to Disney's domestic theme parks - statement from Josh D'Amaro

Not to be a Debbie Downer on Thanksgiving Day, but I honestly think that 2021 will make this year seem like a picnic. Buckle up me hardies.

Disney statement on Walt Disney World entertainment

She left off a sentence......"As a result, our admission prices have been adjusted accordingly to reflect the reduction in experiences and entertainment"

News Disney updates its legendary Four Keys model to include a fifth key

How can one simultaneously champion the oppressed and downtrodden while accepting employment from a corporate enterprise that charges privileged prices so exorbitant that none of them can afford to participate? Could it be that you privately prefer to not associate with the very people for whom...

News Primeval Whirl, Stitch's Great Escape and Rivers of Light permanently closed

How hard can it be to maintain Primeval Whirl? I mean if traveling carnies can do it why can't Disney?

News Disney confirms multiple EPCOT projects are paused

I'm wondering how they will be able to socially distance the simulated ascent to the restaurant. Eliminating it would completely destroy the purpose and credibility of the experience. Maybe limit it to one party at a time?

News Splash Mountain retheme to Princess and the Frog - attraction discussion only

It will be a shame to re-theme the Briar Patch store. It's so detailed and cozy and one of my favorite places to escape the heat for a few minutes.

News Disney Park Pass System announced for Walt Disney World theme park reservations

That is just awful! Absolutely nothing on earth is worth that amount of headache and effort, imo. Beyond outrageous. I feel so sorry for you guys. Hope your able to get everything secured! :):)

News Disney Park Pass System announced for Walt Disney World theme park reservations

That is absolutely ridiculous. Sorry Diz...I luv u but not enough to put up with that crap. No way I will drop $10K on a stressful, regimented, non-guaranteed trip with all of the pleasantness and efficiency of the DMV.

Coronavirus and Walt Disney World general discussion

Love this so much! Dolly is an American treasure and one classy lady. Second only to WDW, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge is my favorite place to visit.

Coronavirus and Walt Disney World general discussion

My experience is the same. I have not had the flu in over 27 years of marriage and I have never once had a flu shot. My wife gets an annual flu shot without fail, yet somehow comes down with the flu every single year. I believe in police work they call that a clue. I'm not against vaccines by...
