I don't see how any of this applies to the two tweets of Shapiro's that I shared, both of which are blanket condemnations of entire groups of people (first all Arabs, then "narrowed down" to all Palestinians). He is an anti-Arab bigot, and I will continue to call him out as such.

That he said what he said in the first place is the issue. He has never truly apologised for his remarks, merely tried to walk them back when challenged.
