Unnecessary harsh treatment of children in public spaces at WDW

Obviously you don't have children. I will tell you this, when I was a single dude once up a time, I would've posted something similar to this and every parent on here would've had their way with me including me being virtually drawn and quartered. But, now that I'm married and have two kids (9...

Operational issues at the People Mover - no longer walk on and one mess of a queue

I was at the Magic Kingdom Sunday night (2/16/20) and the wait time at around 8:30pm was about 25 minutes. I did notice though that parts of the track were cracked where the magnets in the track are - some were more cracked than others which made me think - maybe it's time they give the...

News Test Track Closing for Refurbishment January 2020

When I was at Test Track during Marathon Weekend, I was one point off from Top Design Of The Day. I was like so close, but so far away! LOL!

News Test Track Closing for Refurbishment January 2020

You've never done software design and testing. It's not a quick install of an .exe or an .msi file to update the ride software. There's updating, testing, tweaking, updating, tweaking, updating until the software works in its defined normal parameters. Sometimes these updates go off without a...

    Paperboy in SSE

He's been faced that way for quite some time (probably the last 3+ years now?). There are some other threads on here discussing this. :)

    Epcot Changes & Mixed Emotions

I'm not resisting the change, well, maybe I am a little, but also excited for what the future holds for Epcot. I'm sure my kids will see another revamp 30 years from now (I'll be 75 and will STILL be going to Disney, I'm sure) ;)

    Epcot Changes & Mixed Emotions

Hello WDWMagic/Disney Fanatics! I had a chance to do a pre-Turkey Day Disney trip with the family and went to the Odyssey Pavilion at Epcot to see the new changes that are coming to Epcot. The exhibit is pretty cool, I'm not going to lie. I loved the circular/surround video showcasing the...

What the heck is Dinoland U.S.A?

The only thing worth riding in Toy Story Land is Slinky Dog Dash. Other than that....for me...it's a hard pass.

What the heck is Dinoland U.S.A?

Dinoland USA is pretty much a "loss leader" for Disney. True, it was probably used as a justification to cap out the remaining amounts of a project budget somewhere and that's what Disney came up with, probably hamstringed with a bunch of limitations, restrictions, and things of that nature...

    What do you call us???

In 2003, I was just dating my now wife (married 12 years). This was definitely pre-kids. Now, I have a 9 year old daughter and 7 year old son. Funny how time flies. Thanks for the nostalgia on this post! :)

Pandora: The World of Avatar Soundtrack

This is also on Spotify, as well. I put this on my phone and did a 3.5 mile run (training for the WDW Half Marathon in 2020) around the neighborhood early this morning. Pretty good chill music to run, too. Kept me relaxed enough to do 3.5 miles at a 10:41 min/mile. Enjoy!

    Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend

There was a 10K I ran a couple of months ago where the finisher "medal" looked like it was a plastic fidget spinner glued to a plastic backing that was attached to a lanyard. The course was fine. The pre-race and post-race refreshments were fine. But, there wasn't much thought there on the...

    Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend

$188.00 cringe right there. Whatever....I'll run the 13.1 miles....I paid for the medal. Or is it even a medal? Looks like a cheap plastic "medal" you find yourself getting at your local 5K/fun-run
