News Disneyland Resort Now CLOSED Due To Coronavirus - Reopening Date Unknown

I used to stay awake and watch movies on flights back in the day... but then I realized that by sleeping, the flight went by in a flash!

News Disneyland Resort Now CLOSED Due To Coronavirus - Reopening Date Unknown

Almost every summer since 2010 I've taken giant naps to London and back, 10-ish hours each way. I fully admit to not being a "normal" person though.

Top 5 Scenes or Moments on an Attraction at DLR

I'm glad it's not just me then :) Seriously though, I think it's the "come alive" moment that just sets it apart. Other park AA's do move, but for the most part, they're either always standing, or always sitting. To see one figure that can do both? Now that's special.

    1. Bayou thru First Drop - Pirates of the Caribbean It's been stated by many others, but there's just nothing that matches this sequence in terms of pure world-building and story transition. Super fun to watch first-timers get their feet "wet" literally and metaphorically on this great...

Will Coronavirus change your Disney plans?

Update: Welp, the fiancee and I decided tonight to postpone our June honeymoon trip to WDW. As bummed as we are, there's also a bit of relief to be had in no longer having to stress over whether or not it could even happen with each passing day. Onward and upward. 🌠

True. It's sad to see Disney sacrifice its own home-spun IP (looking at you Figment) for lesser things. Granted, they still have Figment around Epcot, but his handling has been just so poor.

Something like Space Mountain would be interesting without a recognizable face character. I'm all in for a TOT Bellhop too. Here would be my wishlist. -Drowning Carlos in the well (POTC) -Dueling portraits scene (HM) -Peter Pan's Flight vehicle w/Peter (PPF) -Mr. Toad's vehicle w/Badger...

I can only imagine. I mean, that list could get out of hand fast! I think certain rides would be exempt. Things like Star Tours would need huge figures. But I'm ALL on board for a Buzz Lightyear AstroBlaster POP! with Buzz!

I do need to go back and try to pick up Indy and Mr. Toad at some point. The Mickey Matterhorn is tempting as well.

Oh OK wow. The most I've spent on Pops is $85 for the Lucky Charms Leprechaun, and that felt excessive. And yet... I still absolutely HATE not having those in my Disneyland collection...
