Not a "right to work" consideration. You may be referring to "At Will" employment. Montana is the only state that is not purely "At Will". Right to Work refers to the ability to be employed in a union shop without being a member of a union.

That is essentially what the CDC is saying when they say that vaccinated people should be wearing masks indoors. A vaccine which doesn't prevent transmission isn't really what many would consider a "vaccine that works."

Exactly, some of my cousins who are RNs are exhausted after their 3 day work week. They look forward to their 4 days off to decompress among other things.

Are we really believing the change in policy is due to the new data that suggests, maybe, possibly, potentially, high viral load for unvaccinated? I don’t care how the CDC wants to spin it. It’s all about places of business not being able to differentiate between unvaccinated and vaccinated. As I recall, the honors system was the fear around here when masks started dropping.

As virus evolve, they tend to become more contagious but less fatal.

No... that is not what is being said (at least not mostly) the problem is we give all new equal weight. There are breakthrough cases, there always have been a few and there still are... but they are an extreme minority of the overall cases. The vaccine still works very well, and it does it's job. It prevents serious illness, it prevents death in nearly all cases... it prevents symptoms in most cases, and it prevents transmission in most cases as well.

Sure there are exceptions. Most states are reporting 99+% of all hospitalized and death cases as being unvaccinated. Also, it is estimated that it is 88% effective at preventing asymptomatic cases. So there are approx 12% of vaccinated cases that have the potential to spread the virus. HOWEVER.. even in those 12%, the viral load is typically much lower than an unvaccinated person... meaning that while they can spread it, they spread it less efficiently (compared to the unvaccinated).

In short.. don't be stupid... get the vaccine!

I have been told before I have an ulcer and given pain meds only to be in emergency surgery 8 hours later for an appendix that had to be ripped out of me.

I always seek at least a second if not third opinion and research everything I’m told independently.
