Am I crazy? This itinerary has ZERO chance of sailing from Canada in July. Does anybody really think Canada is going to open cruise ports by then???

You’re not crazy. There is slim to no chance this happens. IMO, DCl is doing this to secure a small amount of capital and luring people into the FCC trap.
