What is a new Experience Center in the old Odyssey means?
Odyssey (which is a former quick service restaurant) is where they will be showcasing all of the changes coming to EPCOT. Almost certainly some concept art, probably some scale models, probably some videos, etc. If you're familiar with the Blue Sky Center at California Adventure, it's expected to be pretty much the same thing.

The Odyssey is an anomaly in Epcot’s recent history. First WDI destroyed Communicore’s wide-open gardens and glass walls by turning it into cluttered, dark Innoventions; then they kept changing the paint scheme over the years and finally settled on clashing stripes straight out of Grandma’s 70s-era sofa set. WDI also ruined the sleek, mirrored surface of World of Motion and added the clunky Test Track entrance. They also gave us enormous boxes for Soarin’ and Guardians. In other words, WDI has destroyed some of the best architecture from early EPCOT Center.

Yet the Odyssey — one of the ugliest, most outdated buildings on Disney property anywhere around the world — kept its early 80s façade and color scheme until a few years ago, when it was painted blue. And now it’s being repainted again.

For a venue which is widely used for private and hard-ticket events, you’d think Disney would’ve invested a little more in that façade over the years. Here’s hoping it’s reskinned in Epcot 2025.

This,,,,,, not to mention some of the best features WDI had created, such as being able to see the boats inside the open waterfall from Norway's maelstrom. They have just about undone everything that use to be so unique, attractive, and detailed.

I think this is needed, to help build the hype as they did for SW:GE in DHS.

Hopefully they will have models and such to see what is coming in SSE, WoL, snippets of GotG and a real look at the new spine
Have you been to that land yet?

Want to hear about it?
I just saw that! Not sure what to make of answer...
Nothing...welcome to the game 😉
Best news of the day. Finally a useful purpose for the space.

I don't think they would do this if they didn't have something worthwhile to preview. Cool!
It will return to festival stands soon enough 😎
Expecting decent food with prices to match.
Oh boy...indicate a piece of evidence in the 32830 zipcode to justify any belief this will happen.

...take your time
