Rumor Brazil (and maybe others) Pavilion Coming to Epcot [not about Brazilian people nor a country wish list]

Before receiving the wrath of the penguin, it’s worth noting this UAE pavilion was for EPCOT circa 1977/8, not the one we had.

Oh, I figured! Had you seen this piece of art before? Along with any other art related to the rumored Brazil pavilion?

To my knowledge, it's never been shared.

Well if this is true, Disney would be correct to bring in fictional lands. Plays to their strength.

Yeah , the government wouldn't be paying for it. With how everything with bolsonaro is going, they wouldn't. It is a private sponsor that is working with disney.


Don't get me wrong, us Brazilians LOVE Disney and we went crazy when the são Paulo newspaper printed Brazil was in talks with Disney for epcot in 2011, but right now....it's a sponsor.

@MisterPenguin is definitely a most respected individual on here and I personally enjoy his posts. Also these threads get ridiculously off topic a lot of times especially this one and he is just trying to bring some order and consistency that is all.

I heard a rumor that one of the sponsors for the pavillion could be Dufry Duty Free... the chain of "duty free" shops that are in most of the airports in Brazil.

Not sure how reliable is this source though...

They’re a Swiss company, so it’s probably rubbish.
