It's what they are calling the Marvel expansion project in the permit filings. Kind of like how Galaxy's Edge was called the Frontierland expansion.

I drove past Sybron (the new Manchester CM parking lot) today--a big pile of dirt. They have finally graded the entire lot. But they are probably several months away from opening. Several years ago I said parking and traffic would get worse before it gets worse--well, in three weeks we're going to see worse. June and possibly into July will be rock bottom. In three-to-six months after SW:GE opens on May 31 we should to see "better". In the mean time, buckle your seat belts--this is not the Millenium Falcon and there's no jumping to lightspeed to Endor!
