I'm more concerned about the cars jumping the track and crashing through the restaurant.
Sorry, I've read every page of the gondola thread and I'm nervous.
Oh, no! That would totally wreck the immersiveness of paying a lot of money to pretend you're actually eating on a space station. How do we explain it to the children--we promised them we were going to eat in outer space!!! How will they ever believe us when we tell them they EARNED their way into a top university after we paid all that money? Oh, what will we do?

Gondola Skyliner themed restaurant. The food cooks as you do.
It was because they had to find a way to dig around the hidden monorail footers and remnants of Horizons' sinkhole.

It soft-opened in 2001 and again in 2010.
Some people had issues keeping their food down, they're still working out the kinks. Gordon Ramsay is on the case, though, promises to turn it around in 24 hours.

They're attempting to open it by the end of 2019. If they miss that goal, then very early 2020.
And if they miss that goal, then by very early 2021, at the latest...
All I'm saying, is they have a back-up sign that says Twenty-second Century Cuisine.
