Merger with Fox and Sky is still moving forward.

Disney and Fox are now in confidential states of merging with Sky. This is an importa my step because if Comcast had made a real serious offer as of yesterday it is doubtful that Sky would have agreed to this step yet. It is also a good sign that the Disney Fox merger is moving ahead at a quick pace, closer to 12 months than 18, with just about 4 months done.
