I enjoyed the second season, though Ghorman, with all its glaring French references, seemed a bit too real-world to me and took me somewhat out of the fantasy world of Star Wars.

Finished my rewatch. It's better second time around. Still think I prefer S1, but it's really close. Sad to know we may never get anything like this again from SW

It seems Gilroy is changing his tune. He's gone from, "I spent a decade working on this, I'm done." To now saying he has several Star Wars ideas for future projects, some related to and not related to Andor.

If the financial side allows it, I assume they'll get him to do something else. Even if he's just producing something based on an idea he has. He could get good talent.

It's interesting to listen to him talk about how when they brought Andor to him it was a show about Cassian and K2SO going on weekly missions. He just wrote up a document explaining why that was a bad idea and wouldn't work. Issues with the concept, as well as how it would get old quickly.

Then we get Mandolorian which was two characters on missions every week and that went to crap by the third season and ran out of anything worth while.
