    Just back - some advice

A couple of things about staying at a Disney Springs Resort.. 1) MOST important... stop by your front desk for a special EMH blue card. You know you’ve got EMH, but when you get to the parks, they’ve got to have that blue card. Cost us 30 minutes at AK. Declined getting in and cost us 30...

    Just got FOP fast passes!

I guess I don’t understand. My app says that I’ve used all three of my fast passes for next week and it won’t let me check to see if anything else is available. Do I have to cancel one of mine in order to see what’s available? I really don’t want to cancel because I may not get them back. Any help?

    WDW with 18 year old

We’ve been to WDW 10 times, but not for 7 years. Son is now 24 and moved to West Coast. Daughter turns 18 and graduates from High School in 2 weeks. Our trip in June is her graduation present. Just Mom, Dad, and grad. We know there are new things since our last trip, but we’ve never been to...

    Innoventions question

Any update? Making our first trip to WDW in 8 years, and it sounds like Epcot hasn't changed a bit... and perhaps has lost more. Sigh... I don't want this to be our 1/2 day park. We always enjoyed Innoventions when the kids were small.

Confirming Disney Springs Hotel - I did get 60 day FP’s

I am hoping to clear this up for anyone else who is staying offsite at a Disney Springs sister resort, that I indeed was able to get fast passes today 60 days out from our trip. We are staying at the Holiday inn and I linked my hotel reservations made through Expedia to my Disney account a...

Complicated FP question... hope someone has been through this before

Good point. I have another question though (whether it's 30 or 60 days). We won't be getting the bands (we have old paper tickets we are using up). I know that if I go to a kiosk at a park that I can get a paper FastPass to use, but if I get them in advance as I'm planning, how do the CM's...

Complicated FP question... hope someone has been through this before

UPDATE: I located a hotel-only confirmation number on my Expedia email and entered it. It worked! The MyDisneyExperience website came up with my hotel reservations and let me link everyone to the room. We're good to go with the 60-day out FP's. Thanks everyone for your response.

Complicated FP question... hope someone has been through this before

I have a complicated FastPass question... We are arriving in June. I've already linked our tickets to MyDisneyExperience. We are staying offsite at a Disney Springs hotel which has now become a "Good Neighbor Hotel," which will allow us to book our FP's 60 days in advance. Here's the...

    Caribe Royale

I got an amazingly good rate at the Caribe Royale for next August, so we'll be making our first off-site stay on a Disney trip. We have 3 unexpired parkhoppers each, so we'll be spending three long days at the parks and two days off to relax at our pool. I picked the Caribe Royale for the...

Please give opinions on non-park WDW dining

Since you will be at the Boardwalk, definitely eat there. My favorite is the Big River Grille, because I love craft beer and they make some very good beers there (and the food is good too). The ESPN Zone has good food in addition to their bar food (salads, wraps, soups in addition to wings and...

    I need a Disney Movie

Hmmm... tough call. For me it would either be Lilo & Stitch, It's a Bug's Life, or the Lion King.

    Rock N Rollercoaster

Much smoother than Space Mountain. I've never seen the pictures lazyboy posted, but the RnR coaster didn't seem to be that complex. It's pretty cool with the corkscrews, but not really super intense.

    OK, drivers...regarding Jacksonville...

Absolutely 295. It is actually the longer way around, but the speed limit stays at 65, while I-95 drops to 55 and even 50 through town. It's very easy and very well marked. I'm not sure how much time you save (maybe not any), but it is much less stressful with less traffic. We've done 95 and...
