If you want to go to Sea World, Route 50 of the Lynx Bus system has a stop at both the TTC and SeaWorld. Granted, you have to walk across the parking lot, but it's cheaper than a cab. Mears is probably your best bet for Universal, as it's a 2 hour trip using public transportation.

I see nothing on the Universal website or NBA City's main website about NBA City Orlando closing. Having not been to Universal for a while, I'll ask a friend today if the resteraunt closed. If it has, it's a shame. NBA City was a better eatery than you would expect of an official sports...

Just want to add another confirmation that WDW Park Hoppers can be used for admission into either DL park. Back in 2005, my family used 2 year old WDW Park Hoppers for DL admission.
