St Pat's Day last year was fun, but I didn't look for the St P pin until 11:00, and it was already sold out. I was bummed the whole day. But there's always a cut new beanie out. There was something going on, it seems, but I can't remember. Everyone seemed especially festive. Wear green!

Another good thing about those parking lot rooms is that they are a shorter walk to MK, and you can park your car much closer to your room. (if you drove). And only the first floor rooms have patios (ie- no balconies in the wings). And you can watch the monorail go by. They're not bad rooms...

Actually, the Official Disneyana Convention is held at DL or WDW on alternate years. 2002 was at WDW for a week in September. It's expensive to go for the whole week (~$900), but the last day or two are Public Days (=free). All the really good stuff is gone by then, but it's still very cool...

I totally agree with FL, but I do have a problem with rides being removed because they were not wheelchair accessible. If I remember correctly from this board, the Skyway was removed for that reason. That's not cool to punish some for their ability, just as much as for another's disability...
