This is absolutely incorrect. Posted wait times are based on multiple factors: data from the cards handed out in the queue, the current capacity of the attraction, and the Cast Members' history/knowledge of the queue. Then, the posting is dependent on having someone available to update the time...

Please don't. It's very poorly lit in some parts and very easy to unintentionally injure yourself. It is really only meant as an emergency exit.

I went to Main Street for the second to last showing of Disneyland Forever, and I waited 45 minutes for a mediocre side view down near the Emporium. Forever was absolutely popular right up until the end. The only thing that may have diminished its luster was performing nightly for 18 months.
