You call the VIP Passholder number and talk to a cast member and also send emails. I have had to do this for every magnet they have sent by mail. It takes me 3 or 4 phone calls and 2 or 3 emails. I've been a pass top tier passholder since '09 and was always treated good, it's only been the pass...

Heading to WDW Labor Day weekend. I will be hitting Universal first for a day and a half and then over to WDW for 3 days. I went to Universal for the 4th of July and it was not crowded, all wore mask. I was a good time.

I Platinum and I never received an invite. Sent an email since you can't get through by phone or chat.

Okay with some work and going back and forward 3 or 4 times I was able to finally get reservations for the 4 trips through the end of the year. I was still difficult. Good luck for those who are still trying. Maybe the email I sent early helped.

This is the worst system they ever came up with. My niece and I have been trying all day. We have 5 different stays, 3 are DVC, could only get 3 days because of being passholders and then no more. Tried all day, sent emails and always busy on the phone and no chat available.
