It's a close tie between tea party & speedway, but i think i'm gonna have to say speedway; it just reeks of exhaust, looks horrible, slow, and just uninteresting. while i'm not a fan of mad tea party, it could be a little bit more enjoyable than the speedway.

yeah i really like the library because of it visually, and the following scene because of the piano playing GGG is a really nice track IMO.

no, there is a spanish spiel in the loading area to tells you to keep your hands arms, etc inside and watch your children, etc. but not one if the ride stops.

the emergency spiels are in english only. at least the 2 american mansions are.

I don't get why everyone cares, I love when it stops! gives you time to listen to the music or look at everything, take some pictures, even if it is just wallpaper! Plus it doesn't ruin the show, since you literally start moving again, it's not like you're missing anything by having the ride...

I hope they never change the music of the haunted mansion, or any classic disney ride. That is exactly why I despise the holiday overlay, the music completely changes the atmosphere of the ride, and ruins it to me.
