If you have a US bank account it's around 10%. If you are using a Credit card or Canadian bank it's 11%. Those are the "prefered rates" (good credit). If you have poor credit the rates are around 15%

Call and get the book as well. The DVD is good... it's fluffy.. the book get's down to some sales numbers, etc. I found the info good and it gave me many questions to ask my sales guy.

I'm using a family members points (until I get my own next month) and I suggested he call instead of trying the online booking. Like everyone suggested (Great time Haku!) it would be much easier to have a Disney CM sort out all the details. On a side note I got my DVC info in the mail...

Great information... almsot related to these last few posts I might end up investing in this before I get my tour. I'm going down in Feb (maybe end of Jan) but the promotion of $86 per point will be over. Can't see myself waiting a few more weeks only to pay $101 per point. Anyway... thanks...

Has anyone here done the Disney VC tour? Just wondering how much time I should allot for this when I'm down. Do they offer any specials to go along with the tour? stuff like that. Thanks all, J:xmas:

I know I read someplace that there was no pre-payment penalties which is good. I can drop tax returns and large sums of money onto it without paying into the interest. I'll have a better idea when my disney package arrives.

That's is nuts... Home Mortgage costs up here are way less.. My house is only 5%. I do plan on paying up front if I enjoy the experience this year. But at 10.99% I won't be doing anything monthly... wow!
