If you choose a value I bet your daughter would love all star movies or art of animation! Both of those resorts have disney characters everywhere! :)

It will always be the contemporary for me! No better place to stay!

You should be fine at a value! The buses Really only get like that during Christmas and other peak times....early may you should be fine! But port Orleans is an awesome place to stay :) also the dining plan really helps us save on money! We love it!

Yess! I totally agree! I would go with hoop de doo! But both hoop de doo and the Polynesian dinner show offer unlimited food and beverages ( even alcoholic)

For starters crystal palace and Chef mickeys are a lot a like! If I were in it for the food then I might consider changing crystal palace to liberty tree! ( Dont get me wrong i love crystal palace... i just love liberty tree a lot more) One of my other all time favorite restaurants is 50's prime...

My personal favorites are the contemporary and animal kingdom lodge.... Out of your choices 1. Polynesian... 2. Grand Floridian ... And 3. Boardwalk The contemporary resort is so convenient and has the best atmosphere IMO :) ESP for your age group! Bay lake towers is also AWESOME !!!!!

AKL lodge is our second favorite place to stay. It has some of the best food and we love the savannah view. you are correct the long bus rides are a huge downfall ... but we still like to stay there every so often... (4 times since they opened) . We will be back at the contemp next year ..when...

Let me know wht happens! Planing on calling tomorrow or this weekend to possibly move our reservation to AKL ! (From contemp) hoping for no change fee or news that the monorails will be operating normally!

There is a hefty fee to change resorts or even dates after booking and paying!

We just called and paid for our vacation over the phone yesterday! For feb 1-7 two room at the contemporary tower! They did not even mention it!

We booked our stay in the contemporary after years of moderate resorts! Now this!!! We are goin feb 1-7 and have already paid in full so no refund or date changes without fees! First they changed up all the February hours and messed up ALL of our dining reservations .... now the monorails will...

Never stayed at POP.... But the CM who Checked us in at PORS was unbelievably rude! That is the only time in my 20 years going to disney that I have ever encountered a rude cast member! Sorry for you bad experience :( We have always been welcomed home and we go once or twice a year! I hate...

It isn't a disney trip without coming back from a long day at the park and being welcomed home! It's one of my hubby's favorite parts! Disney is always a place where I feel at home outside of my real home and I think that's what they are aiming for! I loveeee being welcomed home!!!! And "luv"...
