I strongly disagree on the new TV show. It was actually great and you're completely wrong about it, miss the point, don't get the jokes and ideas, etc.

The Muppets are doing VERY well under Disney's ownership. And LOTS of good things have come out of it, such as the YouTube viral videos.
You know, because of the ridiculously bad behavior that so many of you display on here (plus the fact that most of them go unpunished and remain free to continue their bullying), some of us would much rather read more positive stuff (including the so-called "corporate-approved" official blogs)...

I do not think any of what you said is true at all.
Things WILL change for the better. We just need to be patient and optimistic. And I think EMH reductions WILL lead to increased maintenance at the parks.

Sorry, but I kinda disagree. It's still about the parks.
Just because they may have guest performers that you personally don't care for does not mean that it's any less about the parks. The guests are just there. Period.
Sounds nice, but I would not use the octopus. The Eisner-era direct-to-video sequels are not considered canon by the company for a reason anyway and reference to them really don't have places in the parks.
If you read that paragraph in the article on the Disney Parks Blog, they only said that those specific dropped names were "possible", not "definite".
It also said that people will be able to vote for the characters that they want to see, similar to what DL did for its Character Fan Days...
