I know there's not much you can really do with this building but I preferred the beach theme which felt more welcoming. I would have updated that look rather than the sterile space they chose.
The new roof deck is an improvement but the theming is odd with all the random Pixar references...
What a legend. His tikis used to be all over the grounds of the Polynesian Village Resort and it was my first exposure to the world of tiki. I am forever grateful.

I don't mind the look of the new building but I wish they added Tomorrowland theming and artwork instead of "storytelling."
Always enjoy staying at the Disneyland Hotel and look forward to seeing the finished product.
You're leaving out that Eisner's son discovered pieces of the Splash Mountain model in an abandoned Glendale warehouse. Ron Miller had smashed it to pieces in anger. He super glued it together and the rest is history.
