Hello! I have been a Disney fan my whole life! My first memory is climbing up the ropes of the pirate ship play area at Disneyland when I was only 6 months old! When I was 6 years old, my family bought into DVC - we're owners at OKW. We went every other year from 1992 to 2004. We were living on Long Island at the time, so WDW and the East Coast parks were for us. In 2004, we moved to Montana and Disney became less feasible.

In 2005 I did a WDW CP and worked in the front/entrance stroller/locker area at MK. Honestly, I think it's the worst job in all of WDW. It's thankless, exhausting, dirty, and you are stuck in 1 place all the time. I hated the job, but I loved my co workers (there's no family like a Disney family!) and I loved working for Disney. When I got back to school, I was a Disney campus rep (no longer a thing apparently) and continued working for the mouse through college. When I graduated in 2009, I did a second WDW CP, this one as Photopass in MK. This one was MUCH better and honestly, the intent was to stay in FL and stay with Disney, but 2009 was the height of the recession and jobs paid very little and chances of "making it" were scary small. So we, my husband (who was on the CP also as a Bay Lake boat driver) and I decided to move back home to Montana.

We have a daughter, Sedona, and a rescued Akita-mutt named Jasmine. I work at the Fire Department here in Missoula on the administrative team. I love my job. I am always selling the firefighters on trips to Disney and telling them the do's and don'ts. When I'm not working or momming, I love to craft and DIY gifts, things for my daughter, and decor for the house.

Sadly, I've only been back to Disney 4 times since my CP ended in 2009. Not nearly enough for this mega Disney-phile! I love all things classic Disney. For me, the best part about Disney is the total immersion it gives you into being in a fantasy world; a true escape from reality. I am always looking forward to and enjoy staying up-to-date on new additions and updates at the parks for us to enjoy.
