Ok, most are created and found in the free online program sketch up. The latest images are from the a video game that has remarkably good 3d tools and rendering capabilities. Unfortunately it is not free. Planet Coaster from Frontier games.
I highly recommend it for Disney Park 3d recreations although it is not licensed for or by Disney and nothing is actually branded in game. All the Disney stuff is fan created
