Rumor Disneyland Tomorrowland Future - What to do?

We all know that Disney will have to do something with Tomorrowland soon, what do you want to see?

  • Demo it and start over with a new theme.

  • Demo it and start over with same theme.

  • Demo everything but Space Mountain and keep same theme.

  • Demo everything but Space Mountain but retheme the land.

  • Remove only certain attractions but keep the same theme.

  • Remove only certain attractions but retheme the land.

  • Go retro and bring back '67 Tomorrowland.

  • Don't touch Tomorrowland at all, leave everything the way it is, its my favorite land!

I really don't see it. Why reduce area in Toontown right after you open a major attraction? And where do you move Mickey and Minnie M&G? I think the addition of MMRR preserves Toontown for more than a decade. I believe they will do away with subs/autopia and redevelop Tomorrowland before they even think of losing the West side of TT. Not to mention a third GE attraction behind Smuggler's where the Parade building is now.

If MMRR is the attraction we think it is than I believe it preserves Toontown for at least 2 decades.

So being that Galaxies Edge has a simulator and the dark ride of dark rides that must mean that the third attraction has to be an indoor roller coaster.

I can't believe there are people advocating to keep Auto but want the Subs gone? It would be a true disappointment not to see both liquid and inner space also represented. And the demolition of the buildings that currently hold Star and Buzz seems completely unnecessary.

I wouldn’t be surprised if those buildings weren’t demo’d. A Star Tours retheme and a new dark ride in Buzz seem too easy. It’s hard to see a simulator ride in that footprint Being more popular and having more longevity
than Star Tours though

According to the OC Register, Star Tours is going to remain intact (at least for the foreseeable future), mainly because that is themed around the original and prequel trilogies, while Galaxy's Edge is themed more towards the newest trilogy.

It wouldn't fit in the real SW:GE's story-telling, but in an alternate Disney universe, an indoor Kessel Run themed coaster could be awesome.

To compete against Unverisal's Mario Kart ride, Disney will be building...

I figured someone would explain it. On Sunday's episode Queen Danaerys flew in on her dragon and ocmpletely destroyed the city while her enemy, Queen Cersei perished underneath in the caverns. And so would go Tomorrowland. LOL

It's all seems like a good idea until she takes out the Matterhorn And Disneyland And DCA And Knotts for good measure. :hilarious:

I'm surprised it took them this long to make it a permanent overlay. After all, this is kind of a no-brainer with it already being a space-themed pizza restaurant. I'll take this over that banner they used to cover up the old sign.

How dare they desecrate the original moonliner though!

Is it even the second Moonliner though? Is it just a paint job or did they install a more cartoony proportioned rocket ship?
