Hey I have a package with tickets and room with memory maker. When I try to change my hotel online I can't checkout to finalize it's grayed out, anyone know why I can't change its 230 days away?

Two possibilities come to mind. You booked through a TA, in which case only the TA can make changes, as @hakunamatata suggests, or you have to acknowledge the terms and conditions before you can proceed. Sometimes the checkbox for T&C is at the bottom of the scroll window.
Going to check it out now I did not use a travel agent
