So, I have a 4 year old... Sometimes I think Disney Junior is the only channel we get.

It has me wondering though... Has Pete ever been spotted in a park, anywhere?

I sadly now know way to much about Pete now after looking up stuff about him. yeah no character sighting to be found, he's got a statue in dtd apparently though at some point. it also never really dawned on me he was older than Mickey, then again I really disnt think about his history at all until just now.

Would love to see Pete in the parks (my kids would go crazy for him). I was hoping that he might be appear at times at least at the Sideshow, but alas....

I know a number of kids wouldn't mind seeing him based on his Mickey Mouse Clubhouse persona...i.e. a bit annoying and naughty at times, but ultimatley friendly. Still, Pete is usually a pretty nasty villain if you go from his Disney appearances prior to Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. He's also often been in direct conflict with Mickey...so I'm wondering if his darker nature mixed with his abuse of Mickey make them hesitant about having too much of a Pete presence beyond the Silly Sideshow.

plus how big would Pete have to be? I mean we have a size of Mickey already in the park, even at his slimmest Pete's Alotta flub to carry around. if only food rocks was still around and tone loc could teach Pete about checkin the wrapper!

One would think, but I don't know if they'd put the $ into it if it were just for parade appearances. i.e. it's not like it's an older retired character that they could dust off for such a thing...so, they'd probably need to have additional reasons to create something. Maybe if Pete's Silly Sideshow were an actual show directed by Pete?

and make sure you specify the character. otherwise they will just send out a cast member who's name is Pete who will be rather confused as to why you wanted a picture with him
