Well the " Moosehead cheese " from Le Cellier was the best thing about our adventure there in 2010. So that's my vote.I even managed to get the recipe at the restaurant, tho I haven't tried to make it.Just can't find a Moosehead anywhere in Scotland.;)
You could probably substitute any local golden lager. As long as you don't use U.S. beers, it'll turn out fine! ;)

Number one is the cheese soup at Le Cellier with the pretzel bread, it's actually the only thing I enjoyed on our one and only visit there  But seriously why no QS offering me this soup?! I'm sure I am not the only one that has made that statement, but just sayin'!
French onion at Les Chefs, Squash at Boma and my DH had a fabulous corn chowder at Cali Grill last trip.

I have thought about that too, but only at certain times of the year. I'm not sure about hot soup for a quick meal then going out into the Florida sun in the summer.

The cheese soup at Le Cellier is good, but I love the lobster bisque at Yachtsman and the potato leek soup at Be Our Guest. I think they are now my favorites. Although the butternut squash soup (GF Cafe) i had on our Christmas trip was good too! :p

I've tried the Cheese soup from Le Cellier a couple of times, but I just don't get the appeal. I guess it's just not my thing.

The Smokey Portobello Mushroom soup at Artist Point is my favorite. Best mushroom soup I've ever had. I'll go there just for that.

Good point, especially since we usually go in August!! o_O

The Canada kiosk at F&W offers the Cheddar Soup. :)

My list of great soups is long:

Choup [the Le Cellier Cheddar Cheese soup]
Boma's got several I love: Carrot/Ginger, Butternut Squash, etc... [basically any of their creamy soups are amazing]
Artist Point's Mushroom
Lobster Bisque at Brown Derby and elsewhere

While we were waiting to be seated for dinner at Le Cellier, a guest came in and asked for a cup of Cheese Soup to-go, and though they had to wait a few minutes, they got it. That was before it became a 2TS location, so I don't know if they would still grant that request.

Good point about eating hot soup (or taking it out) into the heat. I wouldn't want to do that in the hot months, but it might be fun to sit in WS and people-watch with a nice cup of hot soup on a cool evening.
