Is lunch included with the keys to the Kingdom tour? If so, where is it, and how is it? I couldn't find anything about eating for this tour on the WDW website. This will help with our DDP table service scheduling. Thanks :)

From my understanding there is a meal included with it, I'm wondering myself what it is because I'm thinking of booking Keys to the Kingdom myself with my family for my dad's birthday.

My guess it's in Liberty Square (I think I've heard Liberty Tree Tavern, and I doubt it's the Plaza Restaurant on MS...)

Actually we really didn't. Our guide was very full of himself, and not informative at all. We did not go on any of the rides as other tour groups did, and when we asked him about that after the tour he asked us if that's all we came on the tour for. He really was rude, but I've heard wonderful things about others' experiences. We did get to meet Jess Rubio, who was one of the original charicature artists with Walt Disney, but our guide had no idea who he was.
I'm sure it's a great tour with the right guide though.

Price includes lunch - you tell them what you want to order before the tour begins. We ate at Columbia Harbor House, and there were name tags set up where we were to sit. Food was good from what I remember. =-)

When you check in for the tour, they will ask you to select your lunch from a few choices. When you get to CHH, the food is waiting. My tour pin was inside the place card, IIRC.

Columbia ... you have an option when you check in for the tour. This way everything is ready when your lunch slot comes up.

It's great, fried shrimp are pretty tasty.

In 2009 it was Columbia Harbour House also. We chose our meals when we checked in for the tour, and they were waiting for us at our table when we arrived at the restaurant. We sat upstairs where it was very quiet, so it was almost like having a private lunch for the group.

The lunch stop was very brief - only just enough time to eat lunch and use the bathroom. That's not a complaint (we assumed that lunch was included in the tour as a 'filler' to use up time, but it really wasn't). And the whole tour was excellent - probably my best single experience in Disney.

I think it has been the Columbia House for quite a few years, if not always. The lunch was good and it was a sit down type, but if you really want a BIG LUNCH then the Backstage Magic Tour is the one you want. Lunch is at the Wilderness Lodge (sorry, having a mental block here, can't remember the name) Restaurant where the wait staff are all psychotic but funny. One of the places where if you ask for a straw they throw a handful at you. Big family style meal though. When I went they had ribs, chicken, potatoes, corn on the cob and cobbler for dessert. Kind of made you want to take a nap after.

We first tried CHH this summer and loved the theme and food so this is great! I would've preferred something else like a table service but this works too :) Thanks everyone!!!
