Whats going on with this bird?

It is continuing to fly against our sliding glass door and make all sorts of noise. I keep throwing Joel's stuffed animals against the door and it flies off, but it KEEPS COMING BACK!

Just tossed some out - I'm desperate. Mom says they're nesting right now and probably thinks it sees its mate in the reflection. I only have one question:
What is it with animals and my house???? First skunks, now birds.
