Okay...how do I ask this...?

Do Kim's pants have extra padding in them for effect? She just doesn't look... proportionate.

We recently returned from our trip and I saw Kim a couple of times at DHS. I didn't get too upclose to know for sure, but it sure did look like the Kim I saw was "padded"...
