Hello everyone. First time poster here. Wanted to get some opinions on Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort. Mainly the breakfast buffet. How's the food quality? We have been to Disney over 10 times, but never tried it out. Your feedback is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, welcome to WDWMagic!!!!!!!!

We have never been for breakfast, but the four or five times we have been for dinner, the food quality has been great. Its one of the best buffets in the park.

Its definately worth the experience.

Chef Mickey's is our family favorite. Loooove the breakfast. The food is great, big selection. The atmosphere is perfect to set the mood for a fun-filled day, too.

Chef Mickey's is our character breakfast of choice. We've never been disappointed

Our family enjoys the breakfast. The food is good and the atmosphere is fun. You get a fair amount of time with each character too.

We've gone to the character breakfast at Chef Mickey's twice: 9/06 and 5/07. There's a big selection of food, from pastries, cereal, and fruit to waffles, pancakes, eggs (including omelets), hash browns, etc. Quality of the food was pretty good considering it's a buffet. Definitely give it a try! :slurp:

We love Chef Mickey's. We haven't done the breakfast in a few years, because we were doing dinner instead, but it was great when we did go. We like the quality of food better here than at Crystal Palace. It's a great meal, fun characters and every few minutes the monorail goes by.

We have had breakfast there twice and love it! The food is good, and it is fun for the kids to watch the monorail go through the hotel while they eat. It is a great way to start the day.

We went to the Breakfast Buffet and we all loved it, from age 1 - 55.

Every year we visit we must do Chef Mickeys dinner. We love the dinner. We are not big breakfast people we would rather eat at the later end of the day.

We have been to Chef' Mickey's many, many times, it is basically our WDW family tradition. However, the past few times we have not been that impressed with the dinner. The breakfast has been really good. Our last trip to Chef Mickey's was in April for both breakfast and dinner, the breakfast was great but, the dinner was a little disappointing(the food was not really that hot and some of the items were a bit dried out). If you want to meet Mickey and "friends" this is the place for breakfast!

We love Chef Mickeys and unless anything changes, it will forever be on our to do list.:slurp: The food was good but everything else was wonderful. Our kids still talk about it and it has been nine months. We are ready to go back.
