How do you stay so little? :lol:
I have a few ways that I think help:

1. I only drink milk and water...so no bad calories from soda
2. I get tired of eating the same things over and over...so if I'm eating something...and there are only 3 items on my plate...I get tired of eating those things faster...which makes me think I'm full.
3. I always save room for desert but hardly ever get it.
