Spotify Wrapped came out today. Here are some highlights...

I spent 37,045 minutes listening to Spotify, which is 25 days. 10,679 minutes were spent listening to We Know Survivor podcasts on RHAP (a podcasting network). I was a top 1% listener, and I'm very proud of that fact.

I was also in the top 0.1% of listener of the man who wrote the songs for Wicked., spending 1,604 minutes listening to his songs.

I have no idea what any of that means, but I think I applaud you.

I listened for the equivalent of one day. My top 5 songs were all from Wicked, the top being Defying Gravity, and the 2nd being Popular. My listening age is 40, which is hilarious because my daughter's was 62. 🤣 She listens to a lot of 50s, 60s, 70s, and musicals. I listen to a lot of Disney, musicals, and country.

Apparently, I listened to 154 musical genres. Didn't even know there was that many. My top artist was Bastille.

Unsurprisingly, no Americans in my top 10 and I did find a new American singer yesterday. Well, I found him on the some Youtube episode of singers singing on Regents canal in London months ago but just got around to listening to the rest.

To all of my neighbors and friends

I don’t mean to be a Grinch, however... to those of you who are placing Christmas lights/decorations in your yards, would you please avoid anything that has Red or Blue flashing lights together!! Every time I come around the corner, I think it's the police. I have to stop speeding, toss my margarita out the window, fasten my seat belt, throw my phone on the floor, turn my radio down, and push the gun under the seat. All while trying to drive. It's just too much drama, even for Christmas. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

(Please keep this going and steal this joke as I did. Sometimes you just need to laugh, it’s good for the soul.)

Ours is $.90 more

Oh my, that is a lot.
Even though I’d love to have one, I’m glad I don’t own a big truck, even with prices coming down.
Carolyn is plenty happy with her 2017 Escape, and I’m fine with driving her old 2010 Camry.
Both 4-bangers that don’t eat much gas, and no payments on either, other than the usual, occasional maintenance/upkeep.

The Village People at the FIFA World Cup team selection 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 Embarrassing we couldn't get anyone better.

My pet peeve is also the naming of stadiums and airports not in the town or city they are named for. But it's a universal thing that cannot be helped.

ex: Gillette Stadium being called Boston Stadium and Boston as a location (35 miles away from Boston)
TF Green Airport (Rhode Island). Welcome to Providence. Airport is not located in Providence. Same for Bradley (Welcome to Hartford) in Connecticut.

I understand your point about how it's annoying that recognizable city names, are sometimes placed on certain venues -- and those venues aren't even close to the city they're associated with. It's disruptive to people not familiar with specific areas, trying to make their travel plans.

The only thing that I care about is how many kilometres are in a mile or vice versa if easier. Any cute little diddy for that question?

You being a certified "Wicked" expert or anyone else that can answer this. Today I went to Wicked: for good! What edition is that one or how many have there been, if any, previous to this one. I went primarily because I've saw you mention it so many times that it made me curious. I even splurged and went for the 3D version. It took me almost to the end to figure out what was happening, but it seemed a little long. Or at least, I saw many places that could have cut it down without altering the story or if it wasn't somehow related to any other Wicked movie some clarification is needed to understand the characters or just who the devil they were.

The Wizard I know and Glenda but other than that I was lost for about an hour before anything made sense and even then it took until 15 minutes before the end to make it clear. However, I almost left a couple times before the full understanding happened. I stayed only because the older I get the more patience I am able to extend.
