News Disney Lakeshore Lodge (Project 89 - Development near Fort Wilderness)

No I said that they were of course ridiculous options... We know there are buses and a boat dock...we were talking about which boats, and that for a 900 room resort they were going to need more than current or larger...

We already know what boat. This project is really not much bigger than current day Wilderness Lodge with a chunk of cash rooms being closer to Fort Wilderness dock than the Lakeshore Lodge one.

I dislike the seats on those new tradewind boats. I’m a 5’4” tall lady and my feet dangle and can’t reach the floor because the seats are ridiculously high. I wish they would fix this but I know they won’t.😔

Funny thing - i don’t hate the idea of this resort. But I hate it next to the The Settlement area of the Fort!

It’s just a towering monstrosity
I think most people would agree with that sentiment... The idea of the resort is solid.... the location is terrible....Much like Piston Peak... No one would have objected to this area at DHS... No one would have had any objection to Moana at DAK or Adventureland.... It is like they are going out of their way to shatter all of the original design decisions, theming and backstory.... I guess Main Street will be next...perhaps a Target branded outpost in Frontierland....Maybe Coco's Mexican Fiesta replacing Tony's Town Square?

Probably because it’s still an active construction site
Right…I’ve never seen an active construction site before…

I sure when it’s complete the people staying there will like it…but the design and setting looks out of place.

Same with the poly tower…it is nice…but it doesn’t look nice

Fear not…your favorite ceo just confirmed he ain’t going nowhere…more to come 😎

I’d hope you’ve seen construction before.

My favorite CEO hasn’t been near the company in a very long time. Not sure what confirmation you think you’re referring to.
