We used to make those fairly often back in the day, but haven’t in many years…we need to fix that…!!!
Annnnnnnd, now I’m hungry for salmon cakes, even at this early hour…I guess I could just plop a fried egg on top of each one and call it breakfast…!!!!!

My wife's 2 brothers and her sister are so hard working over here. They live within an hour of each other but they don't get together. Life in here is working hard every day ( they own a small to medium size furniture store...one for each). Life is getting up...running the business going to bed and then get up and do it again 
......So it was good that my wife and I came to visit because they forced themselves to all gather as a family at a nice restaurant to "honor us" because we came soooo far to be with them. Last night for them was an experience like in our culture we get each Thanksgiving. 3 households plus Steve and his wife all gathering for a meal and family time together. They cherished that and maybe at least once or twice a year they will do it again..even though we are in America.

I don't often post long posts, but words can't express how blessed we are in America,Canada, UK ..whatever.
