I love BK french toast sticks, although I haven't had them in awhile.

Recently I enjoyed the all I can eat breakfast at Hampton Inn. - eggs, French toast sticks, breads , oatmeal , fruit. biscuits gravy, turkey sausage , bacon. Coffee , milk. Juice, cereal, waffles , yogurt etc. the French toast sticks were decent but BK is better in that they are fried to order.

It’s sacrilege to say it, I know, but I was not impressed with Café du Monde when I visited NOLA in Feb 2023. The coffee was terrible, worthy of Starbucks, and the beignets were more powder than dough.

We made Banana Bread as well and had some for dessert topped with whipped cream cheese and huckle berry preserves.

Funny thing is, I don't actually like banana bread! I make it so the bananananas don't go to waste, then I give it away.

I'm not a huge fan either (hence the cream cheese and jam) and my partner is allergic to bananas, so I tend to do the same thing so there is no waste. Luckily, we have family and friends who love it especially when I add chocolate chips and nuts.
