I mean as much as Future World has changed in terms of ride lineup and the spine, I don't know that they've really removed the general feel that EPCOT has always carried with it as much as people like to make out that they have. It looks a little different, but it doesn't feel any different to me than it has my entire life, even if it's gone through a lot of shifting from how I knew it. It's different, but feels familiar at the same time. Walking through the entrance and headed for Spaceship Earth feels the same way it always has. Cutting around SSE to head to the Seas and the Land feels like it always has.
Epcot feels nothing like it did during its first 10-12 years of operation. But since you said it feels the same, then it must be true.

i really do hope we get another world region at some point. Antarctica might be a tough sell unless it's entirely indoors haha, but Australia seems like it'd be a great fit! (and we can finally get a Rescuers ride!)
And a Bluey show 🤞🤞🤞if they buy the rights!

Australia is much more likely, but AK is generally a really hot park, especially in the Summer months…..I‘d definitely go and hang in Antarctica to cool off. Hit the bar and do some ice block shots ;) Build a giant glass dome over the land and pump up the AC. They could just borrow the penguins from Sea World but make an actual ride that isn’t the worst ride ever built. Huge win. 2nd ride could be an indoor simulator that takes you on a ride over the ice, throw in a Wampa from Star Wars to tie in an IP. They could sell or rent parkas instead of the rain ponchos 🤑🤑🤑🤑. The possibilities are endless ;););)

*At this point you may be thinking this is a nonsense post…..but you know you want to hang at the ice bar too

They passed on licensing the merchandise and theme park rights in 2019. The price tag has likely only increased since then. What leads you to believe they can acquire them? And the owner of the property has said the franchise is not up for sale, either.

My understanding - this could be incorrect, but my understanding - is that Bluey’s significance to Disney+ would be hard to overstate. It outshines every other show on D+ in terms of viewership, and it’s not even close. This is not a cute little cartoon that Disney will smile and shrug at if they don’t get the rights. This is literally helping to carry their entire streaming platform at the moment (also, while Bluey may not be for sale, they already have a much smaller, temporary, theme park experience, so presumably they lent the rights to whoever built that.)

If I had to choose, I would choose a North America section of the park. You can defo tie in some IP, I would go with a Gravity Falls themed attraction to once again hit on the Fantasy Aspect of the park or technically it could go the Dinosaur way too... both appear in the show!

It wouldn't really be much worse though.

How much of Indy is really in the rides in California or Japan?

Most of the music, story and visuals were created specifically for the ride. It uses the name on the marquee, the theme music at times and has some AAs that don't look like the actor that plays Indy.

If those things were altered, would it make a big difference to the actual experience?
The music is actually all from the films. They just rearranged them to fit the ride.
