I've searched but I didn't find anything. Doesn't mean there isn't though. There’s real concept art floating around out there right? Or did I make that up
No concept art but Hollywood Studios VP Dan Cockerell confirmed it was considered for the park in the 2000s, but was scrapped as there weren't enough family friendly attractions in the parkThere’s real concept art floating around out there right? Or did I make that up
I skip AK because it’s a zoo, and seeing needlessly captive animals isn’t something I enjoy.I would love to see how many people are skipping AK like that.
well thats scaryOh gosh, remember when my source said that the Beyond Big Thunder plan that was closest to being greenlit wasn't any of the previously discussed options? And that the IP they had in mind was, in my source's words, "ridiculous" for Magic Kingdom? Uh oh...![]()
I'd welcome another Radiator Springs "Beyond Big Thunder Mountain" if they built the whole thing. Visual fit with BTMRR and could provide a nice Rt 66 transition (road) over to whatever else they want to build.
I'LL TAKE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!Visual fit and would be popular but very lazy of Disney.
Not really any more redundant than 3 trackless rides (2 in 1 park) or 4 (5) spinners (3 (4) in 1 park).I know that Radiator Springs is well received, but I personally have very little interest in that coming over from LA - I'd much prefer something new. Also, would they bring over the Test Track ride as well? Seems odd to have that in EPCOT and MK.
It's really amazing. And the vehicles themselves driving around and taking photos with guests really locks in how special the whole area is.Visual fit and would be popular but very lazy of Disney.
We are going to Anaheim for the first time this august and Radiator Springs is probably what I'm most excited about because it's exclusive to there.
If anything should go from Cars land I'd prefer to vote out Mater's Junkyard Jamboree. Not really any more redundant than 3 trackless rides (2 in 1 park) or 4 (5) spinners (3 (4) in 1 park).
Radiator Springs Racers does not feel like Test Track at all....That would be like calling any steel coaster in any park "Space Mountain". RSR is a very good ride and gorgeously done.... If they brought Carsland to WDW, they would HAVE to have RSR...and I don't really think everyone would say...Oh, it's Test Track.... Anymore than they call Buzz Lightyear, The Haunted Mansion...or Navi River Journey, It's A Small World.I know that Radiator Springs is well received, but I personally have very little interest in that coming over from LA - I'd much prefer something new. My only concern is that it closes as often as Test Track does but would be the #1 headliner in a park that handles many more guests than Epcot or DCA.Radiator Springs Racers does not feel like Test Track at all....That would be like calling any steel coaster in any park "Space Mountain".
