We are looking to take our 15 and 12 year old children first week of February. Looking for any recommendations on a condo or townhouse.

@Sarahjice The owners of this 2-bedroom townhouse own a couple others that are similar. We had it booked a couple of years ago (for our family of 4: DH, me, and a teen son and daughter) after doing a ton of online research and reading all the reviews, but ended up having to cancel our trip. So while I can't testify about the townhouse itself (although the many positive reviews on airbnb assured us that it's as lovely in person as the pictures indicate, and very conveniently located, with free parking and full access to onsite resort amenities), I can say that the owners were very professional and responsive to communications, and incredibly kind about our cancelation. They left a wonderful impression, and I'd gladly book with them again.

EDIT: I see that their properties don't have availability for the first week in February (at least, not the whole week). Still, you should be able to find some comparable properties on airbnb, by doing a date-specific search. For example, here's another 2-bedroom townhouse in the same resort, comparably priced with the same floor plan, that is available in early February: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/324097...share_id=52d740ba-57b7-40e1-86cb-ee46f0a20b69

We have been to The Grove a few times now and have enjoyed every visit. We rented a three bedroom, three bath and felt it was very reasonable. It's right up against WDW property (at the very end of Western Way) and the onsite waterpark is pretty great.

Not sure if the theming is too young for them, but we booked a 2 BR at https://mickeymousehomes.com/ (have not stayed yet but highly optomistic and excited for this property, which is about 2 miles off property. Owner seems very responsive thus far.
If theming too young, the overall resort https://www.welcometowindsorhills.com/ has other less or non themed rentals. Seems like a super clean and excellent property for ammenities.

Try some of the time share properties. Sheraton Vistana has a 2 bedroom 1100 sq foot room usually for very reasonable pricing. About 10-15 minutes from the gates.

Hilton Grand Vacation Club - same.

You get the room you’re looking for and resort amenities.
