Hey there, everyone. People who played in So, You Want to be an Imagineer season 13 probably remember @SandyClaws. Sandy was eliminated about midway through the game but ended up being a really strong team member throughout much of the early rounds. Sandy has also established himself as one of the best regular co-hosts on the official So, You Want to be an Imagineer Youtube channel.

Well, he's started a Youtube channel for for his animation production company "Youch! Films". In addition to showcasing his personal animation projects, the star of the channel has become the Youch Films podcast. It is here where we have conducted three interviews so far with various people who have worked in the animation industry, specifically Cartoon Network.

First up as a crossover with the "Haunted Holiday Hijinks" series on SYWTBAI, we had the honor to talk to John R. Dilworth, the creator of Courage the Cowardly Dog.

Next up in a much longer interview we talked with Scott "Diggs" Underwood, a main storyboard artist on Ed, Edd, N' Eddy and also the voice of several characters in the recent "Sausage Party". This was a great free-flowing conversation that really dug into all aspects of working in the animation industry.

Finally this past week we sat down with veteran theater and voice actor Paul Schoeffler who provided the voices for many Courage the Cowardly Dog villains including Freaky Fred, Katz, LeQuack, and the Sean Connery Schnowman.

Tomorrow night we'll be talking with Avery Jones, a young puppeteer who had the honor of bringing Slappy the dummy to life in the 2015 Goosebumps movie. You can see an example of his work in this video...

I've been working with Sandy for about three years and it gives me a ton of pride to see him carving out a niche for himself with these interviews. These are people who aren't household names, but have contributed a lot to the animation industry and have tons of stories and insight to share. That's our goal with these interviews is to highlight the unsung heroes of the industry. In this thread Sandy and I will be updating you with all the interviews that come our way. It is also a platform to get your questions in on air. If you have any questions for Avery Jones by all means post them here and we'll ask them during the interview tomorrow night!
