WLV Question

I just booked my first trip since joing DVC. We will be staying at WLV the third week in April. I have never stayed there. I have a 6 year old son and a son who will turn 4 while we are there. Are there any special things you like about WLV that I should do? Thanks.

When you check in, ask about being the "Flag Family" one morning during your stay. Make a reservation NOW for Whispering Canyon, it is an absolute blast eating there - make sure you ask your server for ketchup.... and straws. Watching the Electrical Water Pageant is also nice. But the best part? Just taking in the scenery and the views you can get there. I have an incredible picture my wife took of the back of the main building, and I use it as my wallpaper a lot.

It's a quick boat ride to the Magic Kingdom, which will be great with two kids.

Well,
The only thing to do is ENJOY it!!
Disneys Wilderness lodge villas happens to be my family favorite.
My kids, ages 5 and 7 love every trip we take there.
They love the pool !! We spend a day just hanging out at the hotel doing the pool, exploring, and just taking in the amazing scenery.
