The price is $23.70 per day no matter how many days you park. There are no discounts for long term at all. http://www.westchestergov.com/airport/parkinginformation.htm
We have gone early in the morning and in the late afternoon/evening and not had a problem with finding a spot. The last time we parked there was in December and we had a 7 something AM flight, so we were there about 2 hrs before the flight. The only place to park at Westchester is in the garage as far as I know.
We will be flying out of HPN again in Sept!
