Where's Oswaldo? (WDW Edition)

Where's Oswaldo...Where's Waldo...laughing at my own joke as I'm writing this

Anyhoo, it's been 10+ years since Disney acquired Oswald from NBC-Universal, as well as 2-3 years since he began appearing at DCA....

But is there any buzz about him appearing for meet-and-greets in WDW?? (I searched the forums, but all I could find were threads that are 2+ years old.)

If there are no plans, I'm wondering--does Universal restrict Disney from having Oswald appear in WDW? (similar to the way WDW is restricted from featuring some Marvel IP's in the parks but DL is unaffected?)

i know!! i was hoping by the time i visited again this year he'd be there for M&G's but sadly my trip came and went

Perhaps when DHS gets a new name maybe Oscars will become Oswald's.
